But the true secret is in taking the darts out, you need to twist and pull. Of course whether you’re using a Widdy Paper Dart Board or a Widdy Wooden Dart Board it’s best to have sharp darts as to not tear apart the boards when pulling the darts out. Also they’re double sided so you can get twice as much game play out of them. Also one of the coolest things is that you can rotate the inner target. That way your board can wear evenly.

And why would Widdy Dartboards wear unevenly?

It’s because American Darts is based on the game of baseball hence some innings will be thrown at more than others which means various parts of the board will be thrown at more than others. So you simply rotate or pop out your center piece, rotate it so that the areas that have a lot of game play left in them are now located at the most thrown at areas of the Widdy Board. Pretty Cool!

The wooden Widdy Dart Boards are made of basswood and put together by hand, that alone makes them great. Also they still have that “Traditional” look and feel to them and they’d look great in a home game room!
