Just adding cool Tampa Bay Buccaneers Memorabilia isn’t enough to make it a theme, you need the team colors though out, then you’ll have an ultimate theme. So whether you go with a combination of their current colors of Red, Pewter, Black and White or go old school and use Orange and White, your room will look great, you just need a simple way to paint it and there are some ideas for that below.
And once you have your painting done, then you can add your Buccaneers Posters, Neon Signs and Clocks, Jerseys, Helmets, Footballs, Autographed Memorabilia and all the other collectibles and decorations you have. Then you’ll have a great looking Tampa Bay Buccaneers Theme Room.
Starting Your Tampa Bay Buccaneers Theme
Of course the easiest way to paint your Buccaneers Theme is with a single wall color. Using Pewter or White is better than Black or Red as darker colors make rooms look smaller and darker. You can paint one wall red or black and make it an accent wall where you put a special decoration, life sized poster or fathead, which would look awesome.
If that’s too simple or you want a little more then two-tone is for you. You have a few different options to go with and all look great. First choice is to use the top trim one or two feet from the top as your dark color of red or black and the rest of the room either white or pewter. Again keeping the darker colors minimal to brighten the room. Next you could go with a half and half look adding the darker color on the bottom. And finally a traditional 36 inches off the ground the darker color and the top the lighter color both separated by chair rail or wall paper border. That looks great too but may be difficult in a basement that has cement walls that aren’t finished.
You painting scheme for your Tampa Bay Buccaneers Theme will look really cool when done, it’s hard to imagine when you’re half way through but the finished product will POP and all your cool Tampa Bay Buccaneers Memorabilia from banners and flags to posters, neon signs, clocks, pennants, jerseys, helmets and other cool stuff will look awesome hanging on your walls or in display cases. And don’t forget to frame your posters to keep them looking new and to keep your room looking organized.
And lastly you don’t need to spend a ton of money to get this type of game room theme going. Start with the painting and then add the decorations you currently have or buy a couple posters. After that just add when you can, look for items at thrift stores and rummage sales and for sales online or at your local stores. Before you know it you’ll have a great looking Tampa Bay Buccaneers Theme that family and friends will want to hang out in all year round, especially on game day!
