Let’s Get The Party Started!
Let’s Get The Party Started!
Of course the simplest way to paint your room is to use one solid color. And for a St. Louis Rams Theme you have a few choices, Rams Blue, Gold or White. Gold or white being the best as they are lighter colors and will brighten your room and make it look bigger. Yet their classy blue color is a very nice color so it makes a tough choice. A fun way to liven things up is to paint one wall Rams Blue and the other 3 Gold or vice versa, you can get creative, that’s the whole point of a home game room.
But if that is too simple or you want a little something extra then two-tone is a nice way to go. There are a variety of ways to go with a two-tone room. One is to have a foot to two feet of trim on the top one color and the rest a separate color. You can go half and half which looks neat and it’s best to make the darker color the bottom color to brighten the room and give it a larger appearance. Or you can do the 36 inches up from the floor one color, us chair rail or a wall paper border and then the top color of the wall be the lighter color. For two tone using Rams Blue for the bottom with Gold on the top would look really good!
Once you’ve decided on a simple scheme and it’s painted and looking great it’s time to add your St. Louis Rams Memorabilia. From Rams Replica Jerseys and Helmets to Footballs, flags, banners and of course St. Louis Rams posters and fatheads, adding a little of each will really kick you room off for football season and all year round. Just remember that if you have too much it may look a little cluttered, some people like that, but for a classy, fun looking style pick and choose your favorite items and hang them up. And remember when hanging posters always frame them to keep them safe and it makes your room look that much better.
Oh and I almost forgot to mention, to really kick it into high gear add a Rams Themed Billiard Table Light and lamp to your room.
And don’t think this will cost thousands of dollars, unless you need a whole new game room built of course. Start with the paint job and add the few decorations you have or purchase a few posters. It’ll look great from the start and year after year adding an item or two will make it look better and remember it takes years to create a great game room, they’re never built in a day.
