That’s right; a Seattle Mariners Theme will give your good game room some needed themed direction and turn it into a Great Game Room! I’m an advocate of game rooms no matter what but for Mariners Fans you can take control and create a cool Mariners Theme that will be love by friends and family alike. All it takes is a few simple steps.
Give Your Game Room Some Direction! |

Solid wall colors would be the first way to go about making your theme room come alive. In Seattle’s case you have Navy Blue, Northwest Green and Silver. Either of these 3 colors would work fine although the navy blue may be a little too dark if it’s a basement game room. A good idea would be to go white on two walls and create two accent walls, one of nave blue and the other northwest green. And solid walls colors work great with life sized posters and fat heads. It’s simple and will make everyone happy.
But if you want something a little more then two tone would be the way to go. You can do the first 1 to 2 feet down from the ceiling your darker color and the rest the lighter color. Or paint your room half and half, the bottom half the darker color and the top half white or the lighter color of silver or northwest green. If you want traditional the paint the bottom 36 inches up the darker color of navy blue and the top white, silver or northwest green. Where the colors meet up you could add baseball wallpaper or chair rail if you want some fancier. There are other ways to paint your room, adding stripes down the middle and such. But these will be a great foundation to get you started and you’ll be ready to add your Mariners Memorabilia right away.
Speaking of memorabilia there is a host of items to add to your Seattle Mariners Theme to make it look great. From Seattle Mariners Posters to Neon Signs, Tin Signs, Street Signs, Clocks, Banners, Flags, Pennants, Seattle Mariners Ticket Stubs from the games you’ve attended and so much more that’s out there. That’s the cool part; you have so much to choose from to make it how you want it to look.
And always remember to frame your posters, ticket stubs and other autographed items like jerseys, baseballs etc. It’ll keep them looking new and will also add a touch of class to your game room.
And if you’re on a budget then start with the paint job. After that you can add what decorations you already have. And great game rooms aren’t built in a day, they take years of fun. You’ll find stuff over time and continually add them to your Seattle Mariners Theme Room making it a truly unique room that all will enjoy being in for game day and all the other family get-togethers that take place throughout the year.
