Satellite Radio Review
Is It For Home Game Rooms?

Satellite radio is here and here to stay it seems. You can find it all over these days, from cars to boats and on cable and Direct TV and more. Therefore a Satellite Radio Review is warranted for adding a satellite radio to a home game room.

With that said, they’re pretty cool for many reasons and once you catch the Satellite Radio Bug you won’t want to go back to traditional radio.

So would it be a good addition to a home game room? I’d say yes! Of course that’s a personal choice as there are other ways to bring music into your game room. Consider your traditional alternatives: Jukebox, CD Player and/or a Karaoke Machine. You'll always have a limited selection of music and artists, right, unless you buy more CDs and more records. What about a regular stereo system you say? Well what about the commercials? Who wants commercials in their game room?

Satellite Radio basically brings all the music you could possibly want and more into your game room. Without the need to buy more CDs and records.

Millions of people now subscribe to XM Sirius Satellite Radio. Each month the subscriber base keeps increasing for both companies. So again, you may want to think of it as a great alternative to a jukebox or CD Player.

Computers and Ipods Using a computer or Ipod to add music to your game room is another modern way that’s slowly catching on. There are Ipod Jukeboxes and since you can have prerecorded playlists that you choose and they hold hours of music, they do make a nice alternative to traditional Jukeboxes, Stereos and Karaoke.

Still you have to upload that music and purchase the new music you want to add to your Ipod player and computer. So with that said Satellite Radio may be the way to go with its endless music with a wide variety of artists from all eras and types of music.
