Create A Detroit Tigers Theme
For Roaring Good Times

The addition of a Detroit Tigers Theme to your home game room would be a great idea for roaring good times all year round. From game days and nights to just hanging out with family and friends, it’ll be the most popular room in your home.

The creation of a Themed Game Room starts with the wall colors and the Detroit Tigers have pretty nice team colors to add to your walls. Navy Blue, White and Orange are pretty unique and done right can really make your home game room an awesome looking room to relax and have fun in.

But it’s not just the wall colors that brings your Detroit Tigers Theme to life, it’s also the Detroit Tigers Memorabilia, Posters, Hats and more. Adding those items and more to your game room will really spice it up, personalize it and make it unique. But it does start with the colors and below are some great ideas to get you started.

To Restore The Roar
Your Detroit Tigers Theme Needs Team Colors.

And there are some simple yet cool looking wall design ideas that will make your game room look awesome. You just need to decide how much of each color to use.

The easiest way to paint a home game room using Detroit Tigers Theme Colors is to paint each wall a solid color. It’s best to stay light if possible and in the Tiger’s case you can use white. You may think it’s dull but with full size wall posters and fatheads in Team colors of navy blue and orange they’ll really stand out. You could also use navy blue but orange may be a little straining on the eyes. One idea would be to make one wall totally orange or navy blue and the rest white, that would be an accent wall where you could hang your best Detroit Tigers Merchandise.

If you think that solid wall colors are just too plain then two tone may be for you. It gives your walls some definition and looks great. There are a few simple ways to go. One is to use the top 1 or 2 feet down from the ceiling your darker color of orange or navy blue and the rest of the walls white. Or you could go half and half making the bottom half the darker color or use a traditional painting idea of using the bottom 36 inches up the darker color and the top white. Where the colors meet you could add either a baseball wallpaper design or chair rail if you want a little more classy look in your game room.

When all the painting is done it’s time to hang all the cool Detroit Tigers Memorabilia you’ve been collecting for years on the walls. From Detroit Tigers Clocks and Neon Signs to Posters, Fatheads, Baseball Hats, Caps, Jerseys, Banners, Flags, Pennants and so much more.

And remember to also add your autographed merchandise if you have them. Just make sure to put them in a display case and in a safe location. Also always frame your autographs and posters, it keeps them looking nice and new and makes your room look less cluttered, especially if you have a lot of decorations you want to hang up.

Lastly don’t spend thousands of dollars to make your Detroit Tigers Theme, it can be done for a lot less. The painting alone will get things going and adding a few posters will already liven it up. After that you can take your time, hit the garage sales and look for sales online or at local department stores especially after the season is over. Before you know it your Tiger’s Theme will be a room all your family and friends will want to hang out it all year round.
