I believe it has been stated before on here but the Home Depot Glidden paints for the College teams are a great way to get the correct colors for the Carolina Tarheels. You have the light blue/dark blue/ gray & white to work with. Keep the walls main color lighter to maintain the roominess... more of the darker blue if you want to bring the walls in. If you go to the home depot color website... mostcolorfulfan.com or get into the store & get a brochure for the team colors you can see a few of the different color combos they use in painting a room. They have a billiard room that has a striped pattern that would lend itself well to the tarheels colors.
