Then go onto EBAY and see if there is someone near by with that type of billiard table for sale. Shipping can be expensive for a pool table so finding one close where you can pick it up saves time and money. And always make sure the person you’re buying the table from on EBAY has a good reputation. And another good reason to buy from someone near you is that you could go over and see the table before bidding.

Next go onto Craigslist and see what is on sale there. You’ll always find tables there and people sell them for many reasons, not just because they’re old. Either they bought a new table or are moving and can’t take it with them, those are usually the top 2 reasons for selling their table, so you can get a good table at a great price this way.

Next search the pool table sites once more for “Clearance Sales” and end of the season sales. You may find that many tables are discounted up to 50% and 75% off if you hit it right.

And if there’s one thing that you should NEVER EVER DO, that is NEVER PAY FULL PRICE! There’s always room to haggle with the salesman even when it comes to clearance sales, they need to dump the old and if they don’t sell it to you they may sell it to nobody!
