Bar Stools are quite possibly a vital part of any quality-designed billiard, poker, or game room. When choosing what is right for your particular needs, go with bar stools that match the decor and theme of your billiard room, therefore adding more ambiance to your existing atmosphere. Make sure to get enough to fill the room, but avoid overcrowding. Anywhere from two to six bar stools are a good amount. Also, bar stools and chairs are considered “furniture” on the production line and are at any time subject to “go out of style” or “be discontinued,” so make sure you consider an entire set as opposed to just one bar stool.
A few examples of setting up bar stools and bar chairs in your billiard room are:
* Two bar chairs with a matching pub table in the corner for alternate conversations * Four bar chairs scattered randomly around the billiard table to watch the game at hand * Four bar chairs lined up against a wall in order to wait, spectate, and talk * Six bar chairs around a bar adjacent to the billiard table * Four bar chairs at a small bar, with two more stools at a pub table, if space permits * A bar chair in each corner, which works good in smaller billiard rooms
Unless your billiard room or activity area is humongous, stick with six bar stools or less. Having more than that will not only look tacky and overcrowded, but will take the focus off of the other major pieces of furniture (billiard table, bar, pinball machine, etc.) and put focus solely on the bar chairs, which should be a complementary furniture item to begin with. Just remember to go with a reasonable number of nice, sturdy bar chairs that match your billiard room. From there, all you have to do is pick out your style. Good luck in finding the perfect set of bar chairs for you. To read more, please visit BilliardNBarStools.com.
